3565888 - Users Not Receiving CDC Console's Invitation Email - Recruiting Management

Symptom

When inviting a User to Customer Data Cloud Console, the User is not receiving the invitation email.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Manage Console Integration and External Candidate Authentication;
  2. Trigger the Email Invite under the Console Users tab;
  3. Result: User does not receive the invitation email.

Resolution

As an alternative, Admin Users can resend the invitation email by searching for the same User and sending the invite again.

If the User still doesn't get the email, you'll need to create a Product Support ticket for the Customer Data Cloud team under the following component: CEC-PRO.
