Symptom

After installing SAP component HUBERPI or SAP_APPL SP upgrade, you get a dump SAPSQL_PARSE_ERROR when trying to create a purchase order. 

The dump details may include the following details:

"The work area "LS_CPO_CONFIG" is not long enough. long enough." 

" An exception has occurred which is explained in more detail below. The exception is assigned to class 'CX_SY_DYNAMIC_OSQL_SEMANTICS' and was not caught in procedure "CHECK_EXT_APPROVAL" "(FUNCTION)"
