3566001 - 'ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY' dump when creating SD document with reference

When trying to create a sales document with reference to another, the following dump occurs:

Category               ABAP programming error
Runtime Errors         ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY
ABAP Program           CL_SD_SLS_ANALYTICS===========CP
Application Component  SD-SLS

Information on where terminated:
    The termination occurred in ABAP program or include
     "CL_SD_SLS_ANALYTICS===========CP", in "IF_SD_SLS_ANALYTICS~FILL_VBAP_OLAP". 

After saving the document, an update termination also occurs with "Express document update was cancelled" message.
