3566033 - Asset related error raised when trying to complete the valuation parameter in a lease contract - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The following errors are raised when trying to complete the valuation parameter in the App 'Manage Contract' or App 'Valuation Management':

• Error creating Asset RECETM069
• No asset class assigned RECEAA001

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Establish valuation parameters according to business requirements for the lease contracts in Apps 'Manage Contract' or 'Valuation Management'
• Click on 'Complete' button to complete valuation parameter
• Observe error message

The valuation engine is unable to determine the correct asset class/category due to configuration not being maintained correctly/fuilly in SSCUI 102118 - Valuation Object-Dependent Control Parameters.

• Validate the valuation object type assigned to the valuation parameter (Real Estate Contract 'IS' / Contract Object 'J4' / Generic Rental Object 'J7')
• Confirm that all the required fields to invoke the maintained Asset class in SSCUI 102118 Valuation Object-Dependent Control Parameters is set for the given CoCode/Object Type combination used on the valuation parameters.
• The required fields can be reviewed directly in the SSCUI.
