3566038 - Data Source Purchase Order Item Details with Follow on Documents Not Displaying Credit Memo

The data source "Purchase Order Item Details with Follow on Documents" does not display any relevant credit memo. The issue is observed when previewing the data source and searching for a specific Purchase Order ID and selecting all statuses for Supplier Invoice. The results do not include the expected credit memo ID.

1. Navigate to the Business Analytics work center
2. Access the Data Sources view
3. Search for "Purchase Order Item Details with Follow on Documents"
4. Preview the data source
5. In the selection, search for a specific Purchase Order ID and select all statuses for Supplier Invoice
6. View the added Supplier Invoice ID
7. The results does not include the expected credit memo ID

In the current release, Purchase Order Item Details with Follow on Documents data source does not show the credit memo document. As a workaround, the report "Purchase Order History" can be used. This report is based on the data source SRMPO_U01 - Purchase Order Items with Extended Tracking Details. This report displays all purchase orders that have been created during the last seven days and allows tracking of follow-up documents such as goods and services receipts, returns, supplier invoices, and credit memos regarding quantities, values, and dates.
