3566130 - Transports are missing in Import Collection application | SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The Transport Requests that were released or forwarded from the source systems are missing in Import Collection application.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The Import Collection app is launched with a default filter "Modifiable and Completed as of: Today". If no Transports were modifiable or completed on this day, you'll not be able to see any data in the app.

If you're trying to open the Import Collection in Customizing Tenant of a 3-SL or in Test Tenant of a 2-SL, no transports will be available in these systems as default behavior. 

In case you have a Parallel Tenant ensure that you're transporting the Transport Requests following the correct transport route. 

Click on the arrow to show the filters header in the app and remove the filter in the field "Modifiable and Completed as of". You can choose a specific period or you can leave the field blank. Once you click on "Go" again, the TRs will be available.
