3566399 - External request title missing in ILX Approval Learning Reminder Notification Email Template

The IlxApprovalNotification template does not display the Title of External Learning Request submitted by user.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go to Learning-> External Learning Request-> New Request
2. Fill all the details in the request form including Course Title
3. Hit Submit
4. Schedule APM Learning Approval Email Notification.
5. As Manager received Notification 'Reminder Notification for Your Pending Approval Requests' from Template 'IlxApprovalNotification'
6. Received notification without Title tokens even though the required tokens are added in the notification template ID 'IlxApprovalNotification'.

Our Learning Engineering team has finalized their work on the situation, and the fix is scheduled to be delivered as a part of 2026 first half release. (1H2026)
