After activating the Scope Items J58 or O58 the communication arrangement SAP_COM_0368 is not available when searching in the App - Communication Arrangements.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

This functionality is part of the new release 2502.

The communication arrangement is part of 2502 version that has general availability on 15.02.2025. 

Once the new version is released SAP_COM_0368 will be available.
