3566407 - Forwarding a Candidate to a Job Requisition resulted on duplicated Job Applications - Recruiting Management

A candidate has been forwarded to a job requisition, resulting in multiple applications for the same job requisition.

Sometimes when two different recruiters forward to the same Job requisition, the candidate also appear duplicated.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Forward the candidate to a job requisition.
2. Check the Candidates tab inside the job requisition.
3. Notice multiple applications for the same candidate.

This is a system defect.

The engineering team is investigating this issue. This KBA will be update soon as we get an update about this defect.
