Testing Cloud Hot Folders in a Local Environment throws this error or something similar that could be attributed to misconfigured properties:
"Problem occurred while synchronizing 'master/hotfolder' to local directory... Failed to execute on session; nested exception is java.io.IOException: com.microsoft.azure.storage.StorageException: An unknown failure occurred : Connection refused: no further information"
