3566541 - The Process End Date is not populated in the Process object within Manage Data - Onboarding

• The Onboarding Process has been completed, and the candidate has already been hired; however, the Process End Date is not populated in the Process object within Manage Data.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Manage Data > Process
2. Then search the Onboarding Process ID of the candidate
3. Scroll down to the Process End Date section, and you will notice that it is not populated, even though the onboarding process has been marked as completed.

• The engineering team that this is expected behavior.

• The engineering team has confirmed that this field is not currently in use.
  At this time, we are not populating this field, but you can use the last modified date as an alternative for reporting the process end date.

In the current Onboarding feature, this is a limitation of the system. If deemed necessary for the business, please submit an enhancement request
