Symptom
Users are able to launch online courses using iPad/Tablets even when mobile access is disabled at Content Object level.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to the system via a mobile browser (e.g., Google Chrome) on an iPad or Android tablet.
- Navigate to Learning > Find the affected item > Launch the content object. The content can be launched despite the 'Enable mobile access' option being disabled at the Content object level.
Cause
This is an expected behavior.
Resolution
The 'Enable Mobile Access' flag is not expected to control the access of content on iPad/Tablet browsers as these are not considered as true mobile devices.
