Symptom

  • Workflow goes into error in SWIA
  • The workflow log discloses the following messages:

    • Unable to start subflow (ID: <work item ID>, node: <xxxxxxxxx>)

    • Error in the Workflow Manager Factory (work item to be started: <work item ID>

    • Error when reading the Workflow instance (ID <work item ID>)

    • There is already an entry in SWWFLEXPROC with the same workflow id <work item ID>
