3566656 - Get error message "Form template name can't be initial." when printing quality certificate in Manage Quality Certificates for Inspection Lots app

When printing quality certificate in Manage Quality Certificates for Inspection Lots app, the form template is empty. When trying to preview the PDF printout, there is an error message "Form template name can't be initial.". Even selecting the form template manually doesn't work.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The form template cannot be determined due to the wrong configuration in Output Parameter Determination app.
Some conditions in the app are maintained as "=" "", for example "Role = " "". This means the role must be "SPACE" to make the condition work. As a result, the form template will never be determined.
So please never set the condition as "=" "". If you want no condition for the parameter, just leave the cell empty.

Clear such cells and the form template can be determined successfully.
