Symptom

  • The error message "The Synchronization Cockpit cannot be started with blank selection options (MDS_LOAD042)" occurs in transaction code MDS_LOAD_COCKPIT when attempting to synchronize customer/vendor data to a Business Partner (BP), or vice versa.
  • After filling in the selection criteria, pressing Enter causes the previously entered criteria to be deleted.
