Symptom

Encountering an error while trying to use the pre-built BPA Solution "Sales Order Creation from Local Purchase Order (1C1)". The data is extracted from the provided PDF file, but an error occurs when the bot attempts to create a new sales order. The error message displayed is: "Call to OData service failed : Response code 500 (Internal Server Error)".

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the BPA tenant
  2. Run the bot "Sales Order Creation from Local Purchase Order (1C1)"
  3. Observe the error message after a short period of time

Cause

The product ID is missing or incomplete in the bot's operation flow.

Resolution

As per the standard system behavior, the Product ID is required in the current flow of standard operations.
