3566692 - HTTP destination fails with 401 - "The client certificate is not configured in a service key of a Process Integration Runtime service instance"

HTTP destination configured to use Basic Authentication, pointing to a Cloud Integration endpoint fails with HTTP 401 error. Response headers, and Cloud Integration LJS trace both show the error:

The client certificate is not configured in a service key of a Process Integration Runtime service instance

The integration flow sender adapter is also configured for Basic Authentication.
