3566713 - Discrepancy in 'Change Time' update between Mass Processing Production Orders (COHV) app and Confirm Production Order (CO15) app

The 'change time' in production order Administration tab gets updated when using Mass Processing Production Orders app for confirmation, but it does not get updated when confirming in Confirm Production Order app.  The discrepancy in the 'change time' affects the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in tracking modifications of all production orders via 'LastChangeDateTime' field in API API_PRODUCTION_ORDER_2_SRV/A_ProductionOrder_2 response body.

This is standard system behavior. 

The 'change time' update logics are different between Mass Processing Production Orders app and Confirm Production Order app. For Mass Processing Production Orders app, confirmation will be considered as a change to the order itself, so it will trigger the update of 'change time'. For Confirm Production Order app, confirmation will not be considered as a change to the order. Therefore, confirming in Confirm Production Order app or Confirm Production Order Operation app will not trigger 'change time' update as Mass Processing Production Orders app. 

When the requirement is confirmation time will be reflected on the 'change time', using Mass Processing Production Orders app for confirmation. When using Confirm Production Order app or Confirm Production Order Operation app for confirmation, the confirmation time will not be reflected on the 'change time'.
