- The 'Download' button is missing when accessing an item through a program on iOS.
- The issue does not occur when the item is accessed individually, outside of the program.
- The issue is not present on Android devices, only on iOS.

Reproducing the Issue
Enroll in the program > Click on the item > Notice that the 'Download' button is not visible.
Cause
The issue arises due to the interaction between the legacy program details and learning plan screens. The 'Download' option was not available by design. This constraint does not exist under the New Learning Experience.
Resolution
An enhancement is planned to address this issue under the New Learning Experience. The change will address the iOS behavior and is expected to be implemented in the 1H 2025.
