Extraction from source system fails with 'Unable to obtain the schema for the table' error even though the table is included in the Connection setup.

A forward slash needs to be added to the Connection setup definition for any tables that include slashes in their names. E.g. "/OPT/VIM_1HEAD" will turn into \"/OPT/VIM_1HEAD"
