3566828 - Resolving Decimal Entry Issues in FSM Mobile Apps

1. Users are unable to enter decimal values in numeric fields (for example, Expense fields) in SAP Field Service Management.
2. After entering a decimal separator (comma or dot), no additional digits can be entered
3. Values are restricted to whole numbers only:

• The issue may occur even when the following company-level settings are configured:

  • Default Price Accuracy (e.g., 2)
  • Total Accuracy (e.g., 2)
