3566862 - Web Dispatcher not loading newly created certificate automatically

Symptom

  • The renewal of certificates with SAP CLM for the SAP Web Dispatcher CLI is being performed.
  • The SAP Web Dispatcher or the ICM (Internet Communication Manager) is not loading the newly created certificate automatically.
  • The certificate is already imported into the PSE for ICM/SAP Web Dispatcher and there are no errors can be seen. The PSE is also loadable without errors.
