3566891 - Filter Bar Not Displaying in Value Help Dialog After System Upgrade

Symptom

  • After a system upgrade from S/4 HANA 2019 to 2023 version, the Filter bar is not displaying in the Value Help dialog of a custom app.
  • The issue persists despite the "filterBarExpanded" property being set to true in the Manifest file.
  • No error message is displayed, but the Filter bar remains hidden.
