3566960 - Business Partner SOAP message is successfully processed (delivered) but BP is not created or updated

Symptom

  • While trying to create the BP via Web service (BusinessPartnerSUITEBulkReplic) using SOAP API from Client to S/4HANA, XML is coming into S/4HANA in delivered status but not updating/creating any BP.

  • During the replication of Business Partners using SOAP APIs/services, the Business Partner is not updated even though no error occurs with the Payload.

  • The Business Partner is correctly created but any subsequent update of the same BP is not reflected.

  • The replication status is showing as 'Delivered', and the data is also visible in the XML file, but data is not reflecting in the target system.

  • Message is delivered, but customer and vendor data is not created or updated
  • Tables LFA1, LFB1 and LFM1 not getting updated when supplier data replicated

  • Tables KNA1, KNB1 and KNVV not getting updated when customer data replicated
