The number format that is shown is dependent on the set language of the workspace.

Please consider that if the language of the workspace is changed, this also adjusts the language number format to the country specific language format. 

For example, numbers in widgets of PI will be shown differently dependent on the selected language. Pointation and set commas are differing, as well as the description of the currency. 

HINT: 
If the number format is not related to any language, this could be the result of a browser plugin, which is manipulating the numbers.
