3567068 - Error: "Failed to open local file" when writing files in SFTP server using Cloud Integration

Symptom

The files are not being written in SFTP folders, and the following error can be seen in Cloud Integration traces:

  • org.apache.camel.component.file.GenericFileOperationFailedException: Cannot store file: <path/file_name.extension>, cause: 4: Failed to open local file

Checking the SFTP server traces, an error similar to below can also be seen:

  • Failed open file <path/file_name.extension>, error System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file '<path/file_name.extension>' because it is being used by another process.

PS.: The issue might be occurring intermittently. For example, if the file is reprocessed later, it is written successfully.
