Symptom

  1. SM21 system logs within the system only display logs for the current date, making it impossible to retrieve logs from previous dates.
  2. Applying multiple date and time-based filters does not yield the expected results, making the log retrieval appear inconsistent.
  3. The error 'BP_JOB_EDITOR: Job ESH_FU_DEMON_<clt>_<StartTimestamp>  is invalid. Reason: Step 1 contains illegal values' is frequently encountered in the system logs:
