Symptom
- The issue arises when using Fiori app ID F4832 (Manage Customer Returns – Version 2).
- The serial number cannot be added or viewed.
- The "Serial number" tab is not visible, making it impossible to add the serial number.
- Despite entering the serial number using another app, the "Serial number" tab is not visible in Fiori app ID F4832.
