Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Cause
The customer is using DPCS 1.0 and the candidate profile of the application has been anonymized using DRM 1.0. The candidate ID has been set to zero.
The application is "non-anonymized" and appears in the redesigned applicant workbench but gives errors when user tries to open the application.
Resolution
This is a known limitation of the redesigned applicant workbench, our engineering team is working to enhance the redesigned workbench to handle this scenario where candidates have been anonymized by DRM 1.0. This enhancement (RCM-144532) is planned to be released as part of the 2025 H1 release, however please be aware that this is subject to change and this KBA will be updated to reflect any changes in timeline.
