3567193 - Created company code in a wrong local version

An unwanted company code was created in one of local versions and it is not possible to delete or reassign it to another country.

For any of the organizational units (Service Structure, for instance) that are covered by the app: once activated, deletion is not possible, and any org unit relationship created by SAP best practice content scoping bundles. Our suggestion is to maintain description of the unwanted record as DO NOT USE.

A company code can only be created for the country solution within which it is activated. There is a lot of content that is activated for a company code and these settings may vary between country solutions, not least because of legal requirements. Therefore the country of the company code must match the country solution, and it is not possible to move a company code between country solutions, as this could very possibly lead to data inconsistencies.

Furthermore, once a company code has been activated there is no possibility to delete the record.
