3567426 - EPPublicProfile not showing in OData API Data Dictionary

You have made an API call to EPPublicProfile entity and received the following error "Entity EPPublicProfile is not found. Please check the entity in Admin Center > OData API Data Dictionary or contact your system administrator.", and you cannot find the entity on OData API Data Dictionary.

Public Profile not enabled on Provisioning

• Go to Provisioning >> Company Settings >> Check the option Enable Public Profile
• Perform an OData Metadata Refresh, as per KBA 2171588 OData API Metadata Refresh and Export in SuccessFactors Cloud

• 2364294 - Error when trying to disable or delete background image in Configure People Profile
• 2161353 - Opt out of Public Profile
