Add Legal Entity or Company in Transport Center or Add to Transport Bundle

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In Manage Data tool, we can see the ‘Add to Transport Bundle’ option for ‘Department’ Object.
  2. But, this option is unavailable for Legal Entity Object.

The customer is unable to find the Legal Entity Configurations for transporting from one instance to another.

Cause

Currently 'Legal Entity' object is not supported in 'Configuration Transport Center'

Resolution

  • Currently 'Legal Entity' object is not supported in 'Configuration Transport Center' hence 'Add to Transport Bundle' will not be shown.

Workaround: 

  • We have an open enhancement to support this functionality however there is no confirmed release date yet. 'Import and Export Data' can be used until enhancement is delivered.
