3567492 - Not able to use B2B Integration Cockpit after new installation.

Symptom

You have procured the PI/PO PRIME EDITION - B2B add-on  license.

You downloaded the B2B add-on successfully from the SAP Marketplace and it is installed it in the SAP PI/PO server.

However you are unable to see any message type or version in the drop-down menu or the by default entries to start the B2B integration cockpit to proceed for the configuration.
