3567570 - The BOM PDS is deleted in PP/DS when the BOM is transferred by a Production version.

Symptom

BOM PDS was created by a BOM without production version. This BOM PDS will be deleted in PP/DS side if the BOM used by a production version witch is transfer to PP/DS side.
