Symptom
Several scenarios may necessitate a reset of the SAP Task Center cache:
- Users are unable to see tasks – This can be verified after exporting data. Please follow the instructions provided here: [Export SAP Task Center Service Data](https://help.sap.com/docs/task-center/sap-task-center/export-sap-task-center-service-data). If the user GUID is missing or improperly configured, a cache reset is required after correcting the client IAS configuration.
- Task synchronization (DELTA/INITIAL/PUSH) is stuck or has encountered an error. Resetting the cache can resolve this issue.
- Other individual cases – such as problems with database connections, etc.
