3567975 - Inconsistent Structure Between CATSDB and CATSDBCOMM Causes Short Dump in Timesheet App (Fiori 2.0)

Symptom

In the process of creating an assignment in the Timesheet app, the system goes into an endless loop and triggers a short dump in ST22 when selecting the 'WBS Element' field.

Syntax error in program CL_HCMFAB_APR_TIMESHEE_DPC_EXTCP

The row types of "LT_CATSDB_WF" and "LS_CATSDBCOMM" cannot be converted to each other. 

This error can also be seen when attempting to implement SAP Note 3643832 - '[CVE-2025-42917] Missing Authorization check in SAP HCM (Approve Timesheets Fiori 2.0 application)'.
