3568015 - Error while loading data sources: Data Motive Service unavailable error when opening Planning models and Connections>Schedule Status in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• When trying to open Planning models in SAC, an error message appears:
  • Error while loading data sources: Data Motive Service unavailable.
    Correlation ID: 13818794-6730-4804-b995-516874044953
• Issue is also occurring when opening Connections>Schedule Status:
  • Data Motive Service unavailable.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.14.12 
• Tenants on eu11 landscape.

1. Login to SAC.
2. Open a Planning model.
3. Notice the error message: 
   Error while loading data sources: Data Motive Service unavailable.
4. Go to Connections>Schedule Status
5. Notice error message:
   Data Motive Service unavailable.

A disk space exhaustion on the database supporting the data processing.
