Symptom

  • During a user sync between IAS and EA, the Read Job completes with an error. The error message, 'The request to create an entity has failed with: 409 Conflict', appears in the 'Failed Entities' section.
  • The Email has been marked as 'Non unique" in the IAS. Yet, the sync to EA fails with same error.
