3568053 - "duplicate key found" error during InfoObject activation

Symptom

During the Infoobject activation the following error can be seen in the logs:

SQL Exception with SQL code 129: 

transaction rolled back by an internal error: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX;

duplicate key found: [5] several documents with the same ID exist in the index;

content not unique, cannot define unique constraint, object=SS4::SAPABAP1:/BI0/KDATEen
