3568072 - SAML SSO does not prompt the user to enter credentials after refreshing the page once the user logged out from Launchpad

Logging out of BI Launchpad after SAML SSO logon, the user can logon to BIlaunchpad again automatically if refreshing the page. (Without logging onto IdP)
