Symptom

Department change notification configured via Intelligent Services Center-> Goal Management displays the wrong department.

Reproducing the Issue

1.Configure a department change notification via Intelligent Services Center-> Goal Management.

2.Change a user's department in job information with a future effective date.

3.Yet the change of department notification being sent still displays the old department.

Cause

This is a Known Issue. Currently, the notification is sent as per department in EP data, yet for future-dated changes, the updates are not reflected on EP data yet because HRIS sync does not take effect on future-dated changes.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2025 release (b2505).
