3568158 - Condition value is different in sales order when going to item condition or header condition

Symptom

During the creation of a sales order, the condition value for one condition type at item level is initially displayed as zero, despite the pricing analysis showing a picked price. Upon navigating from the header conditions back to the item conditions, the condition value at item level shows the correct value.
