3568354 - Incorrect Curriculum Status Display in New Learning Experience

• In the New Learning Homepage, a curriculum due is incorrectly displayed as completed. It shows in tile 1 of 1 Items Completed.
• The "Start course" button is missing for certain locales when you click on 'Complete Requirement' causing confusion for users.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Open Learning in the new Learning Environment user side.
2. In the "Required Learning" section, click on "complete Requirement" within the tile Security Awareness Training.
3. The system displays the curriculum as completed, even though it is due on 13.02.2025.
4. For certain locales you do not have the 'start' button option it shows as completed.

A coding issue.

Product Management are aware of these issues. A fix is being planned for upcoming release.

When you click on the tile and click Choose courses you should then have the 'start' course button available for all locales.
