You are looking for a way to hide Service Categories on AskHR

This feature is not currently available on AskHR. The AskHR reflects the configuration presented on C4C for the Service Category. In other words, it's not possible to modify a Service Category or add new ones solely on the AskHR side. The configuration visible on AskHR is the one that is available on C4C.

There is already an Enhancement Request created for this feature.
