3568502 - No Response from S4 HANA Cloud for External Pricing Request in Sales Cloud (C4C)

Symptom

  • When integrating Sales Cloud(C4C) with S/4HANA Public Cloud, no response is received from S/4HANA Public Cloud when requesting external pricing from a sales quote in Sales Cloud(C4C).
  • The corresponding Iflow is triggered and the data is passed on to S/4HANA Public Cloud, but no pricing data is sent back to Sales Cloud(C4C).
  • The standard Iflow "Request Sales order document data" from the Sales Cloud integration package is used, with no modifications.
