3568512 - Manage Destination Mapping: Error "No Destination Mappings Available - You cannot create a mapping without a destination"

Symptom

A new destination was created as per Setting Up Connectivity | SAP Help Portal but while configuring Managing Destination Mapping | SAP Help Portal,

  1. System shows error message: "No Destination Mappings Available - You cannot create a mapping without a destination".
  2. 'Create' button is greyed out.
