3568556 - Position to Job Sync is not triggered when Position is updated via API (for workflow configuration having CC role only)

The Position to Job Sync is not triggered when the position is updated via API, provided that the below pre-requisites are met:

1. The position update triggers a workflow which has no approvers, only CC roles configured. 
2. The API request URL contains the "workflowConfirmed=true" flag. 
3. "Admin access to MDF OData API" permission is not granted to the user with which the position is being updated via API.
