3568567 - SAP Build Apps IdP "Unexpected configuration error"

Symptom

Opening an Application built with SAP Build Apps (Mobile Services) triggers the following Identity Provider error message:

There was an error when authenticating against the external identity provider: 400 : "{"error":"validation_failed","error_description":"Unexpected configuration error."}"
