3568597 - Error - "500 Internal Server Error" occurs while uploading Journal entry vouchers from MS Excel

Error occurs when trying to upload Journal entry vouchers via Microsoft Excel Add in.

The following Error(s) occurred while saving data:
The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
Total Number of Records Saved: 0

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Open the Journal Entry Voucher template file with the Microsoft Excel
2. Go to SAP Business ByDesign tab
3. Click Logon and enter the credentials
4. Click Save data to
5. Error
   The following Error(s) occurred while saving data: 
   The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
   Total Number of Records Saved: 0

A possible cause of this issue is that the Journal Entry Voucher Microsoft Excel file template is outdated.

Download a new version of the Journal Entry Voucher Microsoft Excel file template, then, try to upload it again.
