3568702 - Issue with additional function Icons in FAA_CMP in SAP S/4HANA 2023

Symptom

  • In the SAP S/4HANA 2023 system, when run transaction code FAA_CMP and clicking on 'Change/Display (F8)', additional function icons such as 'Delete Row', 'Cut', etc. appear in the ALV grid.
  • These additional function icons are not expected and do not function as intended.
